The City Administrator is the chief administrative officer of the City, responsible only to the Mayor and Common Council for the proper administration of the business affairs of the City pursuant to Wisconsin Statutes, City Ordinances, and the resolutions and directives of the Common Council. The Administrator shall be responsible for the administration of all day-to day operations and services provided by the city government including supervision and oversight of all departments and staff, including directing the effective and efficient performance of all city employees and coordinating and expediting all city services, functions, and programs.
